Our team is travelling to Kyrgyzstan to share our experience as builder & designer and to learn from a different culture that faces the same needs to provide shelter to families.
We are so close to reach the goal of covering the cost of the=is trip. Please add to my campaign to close this small gap.
My father was an Architect, my maternal Grandfather an Engineer, so building and designing run in my blood. I am really interested to see how reed construction is done in this area to compare to the reed construction that we are familiar with in Argentina's rural areas. I gladly remember visiting my aunt Marie Therese in her rancho in the family farm in Mar de Ajo, she was an inspiration to a band of cousins and friends that will camp at her home almost every evening to hear she singing Edith Piaf. That rancho now belongs to my sister Sylvina where the tradition of great summer evenings continues. And the reed walls are still there. I am hoping to help bring the same nurturing environment to some families in Kyrgyzstan, and hoping for the same enjoynment.
Our Team is a diverse and dynamic group of people from The American Church in Paris from multiple nationalities, countries and cultures.
The participants are members of youth ministry, young adult ministry and the congregation desiring to give their time and talent to help provide a home and to give hope for people in Kyrgysztan.
The H4H communtiy at our Church which is open to everybody who wants to join and help others in need, has a very long history of trips to mainly Eastern but also sometimes southern Europe. We're glad even in times where money is short to have the opportunity to go abroad and to help others. But also to have the chance to participate in such a great mission. God bless all people!

About Habitat for Humanity International
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity began in 1976 as a grassroots effort on a community farm in southern Georgia. The Christian housing organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in nearly 1,400 communities throughout the U.S. and in nearly 70 countries. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves. Through shelter, we empower. To learn more, visit habitatemea.org
